Fresh jasmine grows wildly through much of the world and is known for it air purifying properties. A few blooms sprinkled into iced water is a refreshing way to hydrate. Add to a fragrant boast to a pineapple smoothie, or a few blooms can be added to a homemade strawberry sorbet.
A great infusion for relaxation, which can be to be enjoyed daily. Naturally sweet and low in kilojoules. Combine with some green tea for flavour diversity. Jasmine may cause allergic reactions in some people, and should be avoided in large amounts and for medicinal purposes during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
